How to publish your first digital loyalty card

Create your loyalty card

Step 1: Access the Card Builder

Log into your Keeperoo admin dashboard
Navigate to Loyalty Cards in the main menu
Click Create New Card
Choose Start from Scratch or pick a template

Step 2: Design Your Card

Enter your card name (e.g., "Coffee Lovers Card")
Add a description explaining the reward
Set the total number of stamps needed
Choose your brand colors
Upload your logo or business images

Design tips:

Use high-contrast colors for easy reading
Keep text simple and clear
Test how it looks on both light and dark phone screens

Step 3: Configure Rewards

Click Add Reward
Enter reward name (e.g., "Free Coffee")
Set stamps required for this reward
Add reward description
Set any cost/discount value if needed

Step 4: Review and Test

Use the preview to see how customers will see your card
Check spelling and grammar carefully
Test the card logic with sample stamps
Make sure rewards are achievable but valuable

Step 5: Publish Your Card

Click Publish Card when satisfied
Your card is now live and ready for customers
The system will generate QR codes for signup
You can start stamping cards immediately
