How to stamp your customers cards
Learn the simple process of adding stamps to customer loyalty cards during checkout.

Stamping cards is the heart of your loyalty program. Each stamp brings customers closer to their reward and builds lasting relationships.
Step-by-step stamping process
Step 1: Complete the Sale
- Process the customer purchase as normal
- Ask: "Are you part of our loyalty program?"
- If new customer, help them sign up first
- If existing customer, proceed to scan their card
Step 2: Scan the Loyalty Card
- Open the Scanaroo app on your device
- Tap
Scan Loyalty Card - Point camera at customer's QR code or barcode
- Wait for the scan confirmation beep/vibration
Step 3: Review Customer Information
- Verify customer name matches the person in front of you
- Check current stamp count
- See how many stamps until next reward
- Note any available rewards ready to redeem
Step 4: Add the Stamp
- Tap
Add Stampbutton - Confirm the stamp addition
- Watch the stamp counter increase
- Check if customer earned a reward
Step 5: Handle Rewards
- If reward earned, congratulate the customer!
- Ask if they'd like to redeem now or save for later
- If redeeming now, tap
Redeem Reward - Apply the discount or provide the free item
